Our family has always considered the beach one of our favorite places to relax and spend time together. It is a place for gathering, sharing simple moments, and enjoying the little things that are part of our everyday lives. To make these moments more comfortable, renting beach chairs and umbrellas has always been part of our beach routine.

But there was something that concerned us: beach chairs are shared by many people, often without proper cleaning between users. To avoid direct contact with the chair surfaces, we would cover them with our own towels and beach wraps. Even so, this solution did not completely ease our concerns, especially when the fabrics became wet.

It was precisely this recurring concern, experienced by our family time and time again, that inspired us to find a solution. During a conversation on the beach, we began thinking about a simple, practical, single-use chair cover that could act as a barrier between the user and the shared chair. This led us to choose a material already used in the manufacture of protective gowns for healthcare professionals. What started as a conversation gradually took shape and eventually became eCover.

However, to us, it would not make sense to develop a solution for the beach without also considering the beach itself. From the very beginning, we sought a way to give the word disposable a new meaning. eCover was designed so that, after use, it can be turned into a bag for collecting and disposing of the waste generated during that moment of leisure, encouraging everyone to take responsibility for the waste they produce and leave nothing behind on the beach.

As the idea took shape, we established a partnership with PrintFarma, a company that has been supplying packaging to the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. PrintFarma follows rigorous quality management programs and is audited and certified by national and multinational laboratories.

And that is how eCover was born: from a concern we experienced firsthand and a desire to turn it into a practical solution. An idea that brings together technology, health-conscious care, and environmental awareness - because we believe that taking care of ourselves can also be a way of taking care of the environment.
